Olive oil
Use more based on vegetable volume

Garlic powder

1 cup
Parmesan cheese

Pepper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Chop veggies into bite-sized pieces (about 2 inches).
Mix remaining ingredients in a large bowl.
Bake 10-15 minutes or until all veggies are tender.
