Roasted Veggies

Ingredients

5-8 cups Mixed vegetables Ideas: broccoli, carrots, cauliflower, zucchini
2 tbsp Olive oil Use more based on vegetable volume
2 tsp Garlic powder  
2 tsp Rosemary Crushed
1 cup Parmesan cheese  
Pinch Salt  
Pinch Pepper  

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
  2. Chop veggies into bite-sized pieces (about 2 inches).
  3. Mix remaining ingredients in a large bowl.
  4. Bake 10-15 minutes or until all veggies are tender.
