Roasted Brussel Sprouts

1.5 lbs Brussel sprouts  
2 tbsp Olive oil  
2 tbsp Balsamic vinegar Don’t overdo this
2 cloves Garlic Minced
N/A Salt To taste; original recipe says generous coating
N/A Pepper To taste; original recipe says generous coating

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Cut stem off and split brussel sprouts in half.
  3. Toss brussel sprouts in a bowl with olive oil, vinegar, and garlic.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Roast 20-25 minutes until brussel sprouts are tender.
