Crispy Potatoes

Various Idaho potatoes  
N/A Unsalted butter Amount varies with potatoes
N/A Olive oil Amount varies with potatoes
To taste Salt  
To taste Pepper  

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees
  2. Slice potatoes almost all the way to the bottom, leaving them intact, as thin as possible.
  3. Melt butter in a small bowl.
  4. Drizzle oil, salt, butter, and pepper over potatoes.
  5. Cook at 40 minutes or until slices are crisp.
  6. To serve, peel slices apart and spread apart on a serving dish.
