Instructions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees
Slice potatoes almost all the way to the bottom, leaving them intact, as thin as possible.
Melt butter in a small bowl.
Drizzle oil, salt, butter, and pepper over potatoes.
Cook at 40 minutes or until slices are crisp.
To serve, peel slices apart and spread apart on a serving dish.
