0.75 oz Lemon juice  
0.5 oz Simple syrup  
2 oz Champagne  
1.5 oz Gin  

Instructions

  1. Once the simple syrup cools, mix with gin and lemon juice and put in fridge, up to a few hours.
  2. Once ready to serve, divide among 6 champagne glasses and top with champagne.
  3. Garnish.
