1 scoop ice  
3/4 cup milk  
1/4 cup peanut butter  
1/4 cup PB powder  
1/4 cup cocoa powder  
1 scoop protein powder  
1 banana  
To taste chocolate syrup Add to taste

Instructions

  1. Add the ice, milk, peanut butter, PB powder, cocoa powder, protein powder, banana, and chocolate syrup to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Adjust the milk and ice to make the smoothie thinner or thicker depending on your preferred consistency.
