Teriyaki Tempeh Stir Fry

Ingredients

Serving Ingredient Notes
1 package Tempeh Plain
1 bag Asian veggie mix  
1 package Garden veggie instant rice Can substitute 3 bundles of udon noodles
Pinch Teriyaki sauce  

Instructions

  1. Slice tempeh into strips and pan-fry in oil, then remove from pan.
  2. Cook Asian veggies in pan according to packaging instructions.
  3. Add tempeh back in to pan and coat with teriyaki and toss with rice or noodles of choice.
  4. Top with sesame seeds.
