Instructions
Phase 1
- Add ingredients to slow cooker, stir, and cover
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours
Phase 2
- 30 minutes before end of cook time, add remaining ingredients and cook on high
- Serve with parmesan and bread
