Falafel Pita Wraps

1 cup Lettuce Shredded

1 cup Tzatziki sauce  

Instructions

  1. Prepare falafel according to package instructions (typically mix with water and let sit for 10-15 minutes).
  2. Form the mixture into small patties and fry in hot oil until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side; drain on paper towels.
  3. Assemble wraps: Warm pita breads, fill with falafel, cucumber, tomato, lettuce, red onion, feta, and tzatziki; roll up and serve.
