Chickpea Teriyaki Stir Fry

Ingredients

Serving Ingredient Notes
1 can Chickpeas  
1 whole Squash  
1 whole Zucchini  
2 whole Bell pepper  
2 pouches Black Rice / Quinoa 90 second mix

Instructions

  1. Chop vegetables.
  2. Rinse and drain the beans.
  3. Cook vegetables and beans at 450F for 20 minutes.
  4. Cook rice in the microwave per packaging instructions.
  5. In a large bowl, mix everything with teriyaki sauce.
