Instructions
- Cook sausage according to instructions; let cool.
- Combine eggs, milk, and seasonings.
- In a mixing bowl, add vegetables, bread, sausage, cheese, and stir together.
- Pour mixture into greased 9x13” baking dish.
- Cover and chill in overnight.
- Bake at 350 degrees:
- 45-60 minutes covered
- Additional 30 minutes uncovered
