Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients

1 lb Plant-based sausage  
1 tsp Mustard powder  
1/2 tsp Salt  
5 whole Eggs Beaten
2 cups Milk  
6 slices Bread Toasted and cubed
8 oz Shredded cheese Mild, cheddar
1 cup Spinach Chopped
1-2 whole Bell peppers Diced

Instructions

  1. Cook sausage according to instructions; let cool.
  2. Combine eggs, milk, and seasonings.
  3. In a mixing bowl, add vegetables, bread, sausage, cheese, and stir together.
  4. Pour mixture into greased 9x13” baking dish.
  5. Cover and chill in overnight.
